A Fabulous House Decoration Idea On The Coastline of Tenerife

The house is called La Casa Jardin del Sol is a house made of glass and concrete on wood base, standing on a rock with fantastic views of the coastline of Tenerife. The bedrooms and public areas are situated in a parallelepiped. The kitchen looks like a studio, on the basement floor there is a gym with a separate entrance and walls of glass to enjoy the scenery during training. This volume and the exterior is made of concrete. The front is in harmony with the environment, they are opened and closed at the same time. There are wooden shutters on the windows in the bedroom zone.

The K House is a holiday beach facility finished by Australia’s Ashton Raggatt McDougall Architects and there is a big logic behind that dubbing.
This house takes the form of the letter K and is meant for families whose name begins with the same letter. Surprisingly, the alphabet K is a significant symbol for design as it can afford a great building height as well as appreciable views. On the inside, this house gets the garage on the main floor as well as the outdoor living area.

The ground floor has a sound-proof home theater, a couple of bed rooms, a bath, a cellar and also storage. What is a more is a K Shaped book shelf which houses a 5,000 book collection.

Plastic Roof House Designed by Mitchell and Stout Architects

This is about the Plastic Roof House which is designed by Mitchell and Stout Architects. This house is such three-in-one New Zealand house design that incorporates a house, an apartment and a studio, all within its walls. While these individual accommodations share a facade and common areas, they are each a separate and self-sufficient space, with its own distinctive style.

This house features precast concrete walls which are designed like a sail a nice complement to the beach and harbor views here in Aukland. Interiors are eclectic, with a blend of modern elements like the concrete walls, to the warm wood floors and exposed wood beams. And for something every modern home should have – doing its part to keep the Earth clean and green, this sustainable house is equipped with passive solar panels and a rainwater-recycling system.

Scapehouse by Andrew Simpson Architects

This project for a family coastal residence is located on a stunning isolated site in eastern Victoria on former farmland. The design is an investigation of how an idealised conception of "house" is transformed by its context and use. The site has extraordinary qualities: harsh prevailing winds of the Roaring Forties; sloping site; and sublime panoramic views from Cape Liptrap to Wilson's Promontory. The residence required maximum flexibility as a beach home that could accommodate varying sleeping needs - anything from a single guest to burgeoning family summer holidays.

As a point of departure, the sectional character of the design adopts an idealised child-like profile of a gabled house. However this reading of the architecture is subverted by a reorientation of the plan. The house twists to accommodate framed views and take advantage of the natural fall of the site, with two wings capturing significant views of the landscape to the east and west. These arms of the building create a sheltered area to the north side which provides a protected area from the prevailing winds. Internally the wings are mediated by an ambiguous central space that operates as provisional gallery, entry, veranda, storage, dining, lounge and circulation zone. This contested area engages more directly with the landscape and environment and accommodates shifting patterns of use.
